The Optical Rail was just set up as a universal microscope at RIKEN SPring-8, near Aioi, Japan, March 2003. The Optical RAil and fiberoptic Scrambler Illumination system is by Technical Video, Ltd. The other optical components were designed and installed by Nikon Inc. working with Technical Video, Ltd. at the site. The Super uController is also shown in this photo.
